Easy to reach, metro just in front of hotel door. Onsen was great! Good rest after full days of walking in Osaka.

The hotel has a restful atmosphere from the moment you step into the lobby. A wonderful retreat with pillow selection, onsen, water and coffee always available, lovely breakfast and afternoon cocktails.

Overall happy and good experience.
We travelled with our 2 teenage girls. So had a connecting room for 2 nights. Rooms relatively small but still enough. Only tricky if need to open up large luggage. Hotel was clean and cosy. We were able to pick out softer pillows for ourselves when check in. As the pillow in room are the hard, beany kind of pillow that we are not used to. We are able to pick up 5 items at lobby for own use. Hair ties, masks, hair treatment sachet, etc. also we can choose a yukata to wear. Check in were easy, no need to even check out if no extra payment is needed. Key to room is just a password. So no need carry cards around. Breakfast were great. Simple spread but good enough. Drink bar is available free 5-9pm daily. Mostly alcohol. Non alcohol is juices and coke n water. Did not try the onsen. But there's a level for women only. With make up room, hair dryer, washing machines for women only too. Interesting. Location is great in terms of near Hommanchi train station. (Exit 24 with and uprising escalator) But nearby hotel, there isn't much to do. We walked out a distance for yakiniku dinner. There are Lawson are nearby too. Staff are nice and friendly. Overall a good stay.
